In this #PerformanceHack Episode I discuss the importance of staying present during transitionary times.  Many times, people either get caught reliving the past or going back to old beliefs and behaviors. Or people are anxious to get to the 'new' because the in-between phase is uncomfortable.  It's where the daily work of building new pathways to create new beliefs and behaviors can get exhausting. It is during this phase though where the most important lessons lie.  I give a few tips towards the end on how to navigate through this time and the valuable lessons you'll learn coming into the new version of you.
