I've started to realise that throughout life our roles and responsibilities naturally transition, sometimes without us knowing. One of my most tresured transitions has been the shift within my relationship with my great aunt Anton. Although these transitions sometimes cause sadness, I feel a sense of happiness that I can make a physical change supporting Anton in her new chaper of life. Take a listen to episode 5 'Transitions'.
