Men Speaking Out

Society & Culture

Happy New Year! Welcome 2021In this podcast we talk about the following:To be transparent:A person does not hide or conceal anythingIncludes being emotionally transparent – (fears, reveal the inner self, sadness, joys, resentment, anger, desires, point of views, basic and most intimate communication)To not be transparent:Conceal Information and offer it up as needed. Can lead to living separate lives – living inner lives privately, building walls, and closing doors within the relationship which leads to the distance over time and often results in a strained and unhappy relationship.Forgiveness - is often defined as an individual, voluntary internal process of letting go of feelings and thoughts of resentment, bitterness, anger, and the need for vengeance and retribution toward someone who we believe has wronged us, including ourselves. Is forgiveness Conditional or Unconditional? We can’t forgive with conditions, forgive but not forget? So which of these are you? Listen in as I speak with my guests (Joe, Eric, Tory, and Cory) as we dig into the above topics and discuss how some men feel about being transparent and forgiveness. **NOTE** - the opinions of the guests on the MSO podcast are not necessarily the views of MSO.
