For the sixth episode of "We Are Milton", we spoke with Police Chief Scott Marquardt about Halloween and safety tips for community members while trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treat hours in Milton are always on Halloween, October 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Chief Marquardt reminds us if you see something, say something. In cases of an emergency, call 911. For non-emergencies, call the Rock County Communications Center at (608) 757-2244 to have an officer dispatched.
