Today on the podcast I am joined by Itamar Marani, a former member of the Israeli Special Forces, the youngest Air Marshal in Israel's history and on top of all that a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who now focuses on helping entrepreneurs overcome crises and excel through mindset and leadership through his company Marani Consulting. I really wanted to have Itamar on the podcast because I think COVID has really shown that as leaders and entrepreneurs a lot of us weren't ready to handle something like this. Many of us started out businesses during a time of growth and opportunity and it's the first time that we are facing something like this so it's never been more important to know how to deal with a crisis and high-pressure situations. So that's exactly what Itamar and I discussed on this podcast. We also got to talk about how to create a strong contingency plan for yourself and your business so if things go wrong you know exactly what to do. On top of all that Itamar and I got to talk about his background and how he ended up becoming an entrepreneur after serving in the Special Forces and as a security guard for a Russian Oligarch which in my opinion is a fascinating background, it's not every day that you meet someone who has protected a Russian Oligarch. You guys this was a really cool conversation and I am so happy to have had Itamar on the podcast, I really believe that what Itamar and I discussed on this podcast is not something that is talked about often but really should be because even though it's rare that things can go really wrong when they do it's important to know how to reach.
