This week I got to chat with Jamie Reyes! Jamie is a wife to a former pro baseball player, mother to 3 beautiful children, fur momma to 3 dogs, former nurse and now Doterra essential oil wellness advocate residing in Southern California. What she does is pretty simple, she advocates for women who get lost in the shuffle of every day life. From raising kids, trying to be a supportive wife, or having a stressful job, sometimes women fall to the way side, and Jamie takes great joy in helping them find tools like essential oils to boost their overall health. Jamie and I talked about what exactly essential oils are and how they can be used. She explained which essential oils can benefit your workouts by boosting your energy pre-workout, supporting healthy and efficient breathing during your workout, increasing hydration, and aiding in muscle recovery post-workout.
