Nancy Dubuc spent nearly 20 years at A&E Networks, 5 of those as CEO before her desire to start a new chapter in led her to Vice Media. Dubuc joined the company as CEO in 2018. Throughout her career in the media industry, Dubuc has held a number of different roles in a variety of departments, using process of elimination and advice from mentors, to find out her true passion.
