Vicki Lawrence has made millions of Americans laugh but, she's not laughing about a condition that she and an estimated 1.5 million Americans suffer from - CIS (Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria). Vicki quickly realized there were limited resources for people living with CIS - a skin condition characterized by hives and welts that can last for months or even years.
