In this 10 minute meditation I will take you on a journey to the feelings of reaching your end goal. This mediation focuses on using our positive feelings and visualising our end goal as a way in manifesting it into our reality. So get comfy and find a space where you won’t be interrupted for at least 10 minutes, you can sit or lay down for this mediations. It is not advised to meditate while driving or operating heavy machinery.
