In 2 Peter 2:17-22, Peter continues to warn the church about false teachers, focusing on their destructive doctrine which is empty, enslaving, and eternally destructive. To avoid being led astray we must study and know God’s Word, comparing all teaching to the truth of Scripture, which is full and life-giving, leads to freedom, and offers the hope of eternal life.
