On this week’s episode of ScaleUp Radio, we hear from Karen Prewer and Ian Bradley from My Window Cleaner Limited, which is a franchised company. Karen is the founder of the company, and Ian is the Franchise Director. You can probably guess what the company does - but what Karen and Ian bring to the business is a little more than what’s on the face of the company. For instance - it’s not just window cleaning, its also gutter cleaning and jet washing services. Aside from that, though - it tries not to *act* like a national company.
