Garrett Svir of Slab Seeker Guide Service in Ottertail County on Hardwater Fishing for Bluegills & Crappies, update on Lake of the Woods (It’s how he spent Valentine’s Weekend) and discussion on the Bluegill Initiative & new regs that go into effect on March 1. Dr. Jake Haus of BSU’s Wildlife Biology program. He discusses the program and a couple of big projects he and his students have been involved with: The Bemidji City Limits Deer Population Control effort and a study of Snowshoe Hare on the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe lands.
