A junior iron ore miner has suspended trading of its shares amid speculation it will shut down operations due to falling commodity prices. GWR Group transports ore more than seven-hundred kilometres from the Wiluna West in the northern Goldfields to Geraldton Port. The costly trucking operation has only been possible due to high iron ore prices, which are now in freefall. Resources analyst Tim Treadgold says he believes the price could slip to 70-dollars a tonne, down from more than two-hundred six weeks ago. Horticulture production is set to significantly expand in WA's Gascoyne region, after the State Government released more than 270 hectares of farmland. The Australian Table Grape Association wants to secure full access to the Japanese market by the start of the 2022/23 season.
