The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine just hit the market in America Dec 14th. This makes the COVID-19 the fastest vaccine to go through development, testing, and into production. Keep me honest in the comments Upgraders. How did this vaccine bypass lengthy testing, timelines, and those pesky FDA approvals? Not only did Operation Warp Speed provide funding, resources, and lenience, several pharmaceutical companies used a different approach allowing them to expedite production.
