Traci has over 25 years working with communities in the United States and abroad, specifically working within nonprofits and government in the areas of innovation, collaboration, learning and systemic change. In this episode, Traci will share how social change leaders should: Bend the rules and rebel sometimes: Listen to several stories about doctors on the front lines of battling the COVID-19 pandemic and how they pushed against rules in order to benefit the greater good. Build civic culture and engagement: The need for citizens to engage with civic and political leaders is important and public policy right now matters. In times like this, our civic and democratic health matter. Keep a sense of humor, even during hard times: Stories, videos, memes are popping up each day to help bring some humor during these times and relief.
