Well this episode is a little dark and dreary but it's a deep dive into pain I've experienced and I openly talk about a time when I contemplated suicide. It's very lonely when you're young and you have no one to trust or share you're troubles with. Everyone goes through it but some have it better than most because they find a true friend to help pull them out of that rut. Keep your head up.
