Let’s be real here for a quick second, we’ve all come up with some kind of excuse when it comes to working on our health and wellness.    Tell me if you’ve used any of these?  "I don’t have time." "It’s too expensive." "I’m going to wait until ( X, Y, Z... you can fill in the reasons you’ve said you’d wait)." "I’ve already tried everything and nothing works, why bother" “I hate exercising.”    I hear these "reasons" all the time. But the truth is, they’re all just excuses.   All of them.   In this episode, I’m diving right into the truth bombs of WHY we continue using these excuses and what it is costing us in the long run.  What’s your best excuse?
