"Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; ships sink because of the water that gets in them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down." ( author unknown) We can always find light in every area of darkness although we can not remove darkness from a room we can only fill it with light. Its similar in life when we are in the middle of a dark period of life we can not expel the negative energy but we can radiate as much positive energy as possible which in turn lights the world around us. Today I just wanted to touch on a couple helpful activities such as Gratitude journaling to help deal with the stress.
