How does the pre-approval work? “Getting pre-approved is absolutely free. ”It all starts with a 15-minute phone call. Caleb will ask you about your scenario and what your goals are. After that, you will send in some documents that will be put through their automated underwriting system to make sure that you are pre-qualified and pre-approved to go out and look at a home. You can email, fax, or drop off those documents. Finally, there are not any costs associated with the pre-approval. It’s absolutely free.
