Well, it's that time of year again with the 2020 presidential election only a few days away. This is proclaimed to be one of the most important elections of our time. There is a lot on the ballot with this election that we all should be aware of (i.e. taxes, jobs, economy, Coronavirus, etc.), but what about those items that aren't (e.g. The black agenda - what are the candidates elected going to do to help African Americans with social and economic reform). How will they help the economic state of Black America in 2021 and beyond?  Also, we touch on what makes some black people automatically gravitate to vote Democrat rather than Republican? Is it because that's what we are supposed to because we are black? Does this make black people who vote republican "sellouts" or "coons"?  Finally, what has either party done for us in helping to shorten the economic gap that keeps spreading between black and white Americans? With that being said...listen in with my Shabazz family including myself, David, Abdul, Kyla, and special guest Alayah, as we talk through this and have a great conversation around the importance of African Americans voting in this upcoming 2020 election.
