This is the last part of a six-part series. The last part is about wisdom and teamwork. Enjoy! Setting goals is not something you do just at the turn of the year. Work with your goals constantly. Think of new ones. If necessary, change consciously the timing or size of your goals. Look into the future. Create a compelling future for yourself – in your mind, on paper and then through action in reality. And what is most important, when you have reached the goal, for God’s sake - be happy about it and celebrate. Take a moment, share it with friends. Do be like the mountain climber who conquers Mt. Everest and leaves it very soon. He literally cannot stay long at all, due to the thin air. You can – in most situations in life. I am not talking about resting on laurels, but rather enjoying the victory. And then lift your head, look further in time and choose new peaks to conquer. Remember, you do not have to start striving towards them the same day. And if you really want to, nobody is there to stop you either. It is up to you! Enjoy the process view, enjoy the outcome. Enjoy the view, and enjoy life. And know where you are headed.
