Suzanne Cardinal, E-RYT-500 founded Into This World Productions, an Event, Workshop, Training and Seminar production company in 1996, as she was getting ready to graduate from John F. Kennedy University with a Masters Degree in Arts and Consciousness. Suzanne developed, and directed the Into This World Yoga Teacher Training that she taught in North Carolina, New York, and California over 10 years. ITWYTT graduates are known for the quality and authenticity of their teaching with a high percentage of them going on to open their own yoga studios. Currently, Suzanne has a few online courses in development, and is working on a book. Born on A Yoga Mat follows a single, 43 year old woman as she makes bold and empowered choices on her journey through the fertility world, consciously conceives her son, has an active healthy pregnancy, and an awesome and at times funny home birth.
