Chika has had a unique career path, working as a lawyer in both the U.S. and Japan for both private law firms and companies across the finance and life sciences sectors. She shares her experience of making the jump from the C-suite at a U.S. company to senior management at a fast-growing Japanese pharmaceutical company. Reflecting on her own career, Chika explains how she achieves some semblance of “work/life balance” and shares the one piece of advice that continues to guide her to this day.
