How many times do you REALLY feel like going to the gym? I know for me being a fitness coach it usually takes a lot for me to go to the gym. In fact, I don’t always feel like going to the gym because I want to do things like stay in bed lol. So, in this video, I’ll be talking about whether you should go to the gym even when you feel like you’re gonna have a bad workout. I know you may be able to predict the answer, but do you know why? There’s some sort of magic that happens when we just make our way to the gym, and that can sometimes be enough for you to feel motivated to get a great workout in!
