This time it's Tim who is away, so Coach Flan (@coachflan) takes over for a conversation with frequent guest Coach Sharman White (@coachswhite). Eric and Sharm talk about their roles as coaches for the upcoming FIBA Americas tournament in Mexico, where they will be leading the U16 team for USA Basketball. They talk about how they're preparing, what they expect on the trip and the unique challenges of this particular tournament.
