I know the ups and downs of reading something and thinking wow this is it.  Going to a workshop and feeling so high and then I get triggered by my partner and work and I feel that fight or flight survival mode takes over my body and everything I just learned and said I would do forever goes right out the window. First I get angry then the depression and anxiety sets in. No motivation to do anything, the only thoughts I'm getting are the worst case scenario. And the negative energy and hopelessness feels so big that the idea of getting out of the darkness and into a positive mood literally feels impossible. This is the reason 99% of women don't change. Because it's so uncomfortable to bring your negative thoughts to a full stop, it seems like trying to stop the Titanic from going full speed ahead.  You hit the iceberg everytime. The answer for you is so simple but it's the worst choice for your negative energy. STOP IDENTIFYING WITH YOUR NEGATIVE FEELINGS. STOP TALKING ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS AND WHAT YOU DON'T WANT.
