It’s so important not to forget the importance of properly feeding and fueling your body. Stick with natural foods and avoid processed foods. A good rule of thumb is to avoid anything that comes in a box or a bag. Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store and avoid going down the aisles and for the most part, you’ll be good.
