We stand at the threshold of a new year! Last year through “hind-sight” we can look back and see the results of our lives through the year of 2019. Hind-sight: (def.) “An understanding after it has already happened.” Much of what has happened cannot be changed but, through hind-sight we can take a look at our mistakes and hopefully, make changes that will make 2020 a better year for us. However, “things” are changing so rapidly that it is difficult to “guess” the changes and adjust to accommodate them…hoping that this year will “out-shine” last year’s performance, we need to get a “jump” (edge) on the surprises that will be included in our new year.This message is God giving us a “head’s up” on what He knows will take place this year…He wants to alert His Children so that they might be prepared to enter this year…and come out the other end with a victory!
