Last week, I introduced the concept of the employability score. A score that would be used by employers to rank you against other job candidates. This score would be created by algorithms based solely on predetermined criteria about you found on the web. The show struck a chord with several of you listening so I wanted to expand on the concept of an employability score further today because whether we get to the point of having an employability score or not, I want you to start thinking about how your brand impacts your compensation.
