Once you embrace that our work is endless, it will relieve you of stress and anxiety. We put so much pressure on ourselves to do everything, always willing to take on more and more and more. But, the real secret to effectiveness is to work one step at a time. Every project is a chance for us to do our best work and if we focus on what matters, not what's urgent, we'll be happier and healthier.
