Dan Lauer is a terrified new father, writer and raconteur who suffers from anxiety, major depressive disorder and falls somewhere on the autism spectrum. Each week he is going to try to get better by analyzing and attacking those parts of himself he wishes to change with his co-host and friend Leyla Lawrence. He does not like talking to people, so he decided to talk at them instead and to be as honest as he can.
