Architecture & Anthropocene, is a podcast produced by Triennale Milano, Italy’s foremost institution for design and contemporary culture, hosted by journalist David Plaisant. This is a discussion on architecture, design, nature and technology in this the age of humans, the so-called anthropocene era. In this 7-episode podcast David meets with design curator Paola Antonelli, Forensic Architecture founder Eyal Weizman, bio-acoustician Bernie Krause, urban thinker Ricky Burdett, and architects Shigeru Ban, Tatiana Bilbao and Assemble the London-based architecture collective. A series of vital conversations expand and extrapolate the themes XXIII Triennale titled Broken Nature: Design Takes on Human Survival. Architecture & Anthropocene goes behind the scenes, asking the questions and listening to the answers of the men and women who are shaping the way our world is changing. Through these informal dialogues Triennale Milano is engaging with the most important issues facing the planet today.
