In each episode, I'll break down a recipe, discuss what's on my mind, and try to navigate what it means to be human today. I want utilize my experiences to further discuss the issue of the othering between those who are neuro-typical and those who are differently abled. Being able to discuss and create a space for neuro-diversity on a podcast opens doors for mental and invisible illnesses to be highlighted; and increases awareness of the complexity of the human condition. Join me as I teach recipes and approach what it means to be "human" in a non-threatening and open environment.
