May is the month of Mental Health Awareness  I had a conversation with Thendo Netshivhungululu a Dynamic woman who holds a B. Psych (Hon) and is on her road to success of completing her Masters in Clinical psychology a woman who holds so much wealth in knowledge when it comes to the human Mind. We discussed the impact of COVID 19 on a mental level, how to cope as well as how to check in on our loved ones.

I had the opportunity to interview Nkosimanathi Netshivhungululu Pastor &  Prophetess  to HOGMI Heart of God Ministries International which her and her husband Alton Netshivhungululu run. She explained the challenges  and  effects #COVID19 has had on the church in a whole.

How has COVID-19 Affected the church?

It's a spiritual warfare,are you armed? Ephesians 6:12-13 says: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Are you aware you are in a spiritual warfare daily however you have been armed to always win? Listen in as i chat with Koketso Ramatlho a God sent angel i met at a restaurant she was sitting on a different table to me and she just spoke to me for 2min and reminded me who i was and gave me her numbers for us to talk and since then we have been chatting.
