Kristi Coughlin, MS, RDN, is a former private practice dietitian based in Central Oregon. Through her ten year career as a dietitian, she has worked a variety of jobs, including clinical, school nutrition, and teaching nutrition at two community colleges. While she believed any of these positions would turn out to be her dream career, that was not the case.
