Over this past year we have certainly received an incredible amount of challenges. And these challenges have led us to create a whole new business mindset. We became aware of how we were not always honouring what we wanted in our life to bring us joy. We were not always honoring our boundaries and our deep desire for connection to nature and other soulFULL things. These past 16 months… Since March 2020…we have truly surrendered to learning what inspires us and infuses us with creativity and power. We recognized that the deep desire to push for something bigger, and something busier and to stay in the “hustle game” was not always for our highest good. Yep. We’re over it. 57. How We Set Our Immune System Up to Thrive

Look guys, we right now have to stand in our light and stand in our power and we must be the “love glue” for humanity. There’s just no other way. We need to release the stuff holding us back. We need to release everything that we hang onto. All the anger all the resentment. All the frustration… Just let it go and know that we must stand in kindness. We must stand in love. We must stand in acceptance. This is why deflection feels so good. For many, attacking and shaming others makes them feel better inside. This is why so many actually enjoy shaming someone else and deflecting on to someone else. They do it because they don’t have to look within. They do it to protect the pain that they so desperately are hanging onto. They do it to protect The fear that they are hanging onto. So let’s lead. Begin by loving your shadow. Begin by loving every aspect of yourself first. This is the healing frequency. Remember this. That division is everywhere. Sometimes it’s created on purpose. We can get triggered when someone doesnt think our way. it’s important to not act on that impulse to shame someone else because you think that it’s going to make you feel better. Please know that there are billions of us on this planet with billions of ways of looking at life. Billions of ways of looking at living. When we decide to shame and condemn someone to the rest of our anger we are creating separation. Our ego keeps us separate.

Sometimes we can feel so anxious and alone…and we project an internal cry for help - but that cry for help and what you are afraid of is really not real. It’s not real because it is an illusory story we choose to tell ourselves. A perceived story curated over our lifetime and through our experiences.⁣⁣ We are all in this process of releasing these old energies rooted in fear, all the while, paying attention to our potential need for codependency of things we can cling to take our pain away (people, booze, sugar, scrolling on social media, etc)⁣. It is all a distraction/addiction to make us feel better. To TRUST and always remember that our journeys are individual and unique and specific just for us yet, we are connected with an energetic field that encompasses and connects every single sentient being. This should give us FAITH. Tune into your lessons. Tune into your pain. Ask yourself the deeper questions. ⁣⁣This is so necessary for our growth and our evolution...And to bravely honour our divine purpose and reason why we’re here.⁣⁣

Our worlds seems to not match many others around us. ⁣Why? There is a lot of evolving, crying, transcending, learning, purging, discerning, understanding, and freaking out (for some) right now. By simply holding space for ourselves and one another we afford the compassion for growth. Take it slow and with love.⁣ We (all of humanity) are on a big growth curve whether we know it or not. And the biggest growth comes from within our suffering and the things that are triggering us. Our journey is to become one with our soul. It has always been that. To reconnect to our very essence of who we are meant to be. Drop the ego. Drop the judgement. Drop the frustration. Our advice is to pay attention to this suffering state...it where the magic happens.⁣⁣ Ask yourself: “Where do I need to be right now?” and that answer is always in a very calm, heart centered, loving, compassionate state.
