About

Over the last 15 years, I have had hundreds of conversations with some of the brightest people on the planet about how they discovered their purpose. The one thing that I have discovered about those people who have found their purpose is regardless of how smart, spiritually evolved or sophisticated they are, and irrespective of where they come from they have all experienced a turning point OR a tipping point. A moment of no return that gave rise to a search for meaning. So in 2020, as I continue to Decode Purpose, I am curious. Curious as to why some people wait for a crisis to make a choice, whereas others choose purpose? Why is it that for some, they wait for these turning, tipping and terrifying points to become more aware, more conscious and more purpose-driven human beings and is there another way? We live in an age where digitisation has empowered us all with the voice and influence to drive a meaningful conversation more so than ever before. Conversations that start with one sign held by the Greta Thunberg's of the world, or with one speech like Emma Gonzales 'March for Lives' speech against gun control as two examples. So how do we inspire more of these world changing conversations and more of these purpose driven movements? How do we better equip individuals, organisations and communities with the tools to decode purpose to lean in and navigate turning points by choice rather than crises. Decoding Purpose is a weekly podcast that unlocks the minds of the most inspiring on purpose influencers, thought leaders, activists, innovators, entrepreneurs, science geeks, creative visionaries and everything in between to answer all of these questions and more.
