An EIR is a person who holds the title of ‘Entrepreneur in Residence‘ or ‘Executive in Residence’ which is a position typically held by successful entrepreneurs in venture capital firms, private equity firms, startup accelerators, startup incubators, law firms, large business or business schools. I am Henrik de Gyor. I was an Entrepreneur in Residence, startup advisor, startup pitch coach, pitch judge, and a mentor. Every week we will explore what does an EIR do and who is this for.
