Sarah L. Bingham, MS, CNS, LDN Founder, Fast Food Healing, LLC FastFoodHealing™ is a podcast dedicated to helping parents lead their homes and nurture their families -- and especially their children -- with good, wholesome nutrition. Episodes are entertaining, informational, and educational, featuring an array of nutritional and health-related topics related to nutrition. Additionally, episodes are supported by additional digital content accessible through Sarah's web site. This includes worksheets and easy-to-prepare recipes for today's busiest moms. Fast Food Healing is fun, educational, and easy to listen to, with episodes averaging ten to fifteen minutes each. Sarah began her career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Tuft’s University. She ran a special needs pre-school and worked for several years with special needs children.
