Tony Lipani is an educator, heart attack survivor and State Championship winning high school football coach. During his 6 year stint at a high school athletic director, Tony became a founder of inter-scholastic high school BASS fishing in the state of New York . Following his heart attack, Tony made the decision to resign from his role as a high school Athletic Director. Tony did this to follow his True North. This included spending more time with his loving family and in the outdoors. Football, Fishing & Leadership have always been passions for Tony as grew up fishing the Thousand Islands Region of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence river with his father and grandfather. Tony was also an assistant high school principal, college football coach and Head High School Football coach for 17 years. Tony's mission is to interview inspiring coaches in the sport of football, some of the best professionals in the fishing industry, and business/educational leaders. Specifically, inspirational women & men who have found their True North in life and within their respective professions!
