Hello, I am Maya Allen a young college student studying to be a health coach in the future. I am recovered of an eating disorder and have had a very long journey with health over the last few years. Not only have I overcome an eating disorder, but I changed my entire mindset. I want to not only share my story but inspire and help others achieve their versions of their healthiest selves as well.
