Have you tried and failed to lose weight? Have you lost weight only to gain it all back and then some? You’re not alone. Weight loss can be extremely frustrating. It was for me. I struggled for decades to lose weight and achieve a fitness level that felt unattainable. After trying every diet known to man and using exercise as a punishment for years, I finally found all the pieces to my fitness puzzle. The first step was finding love for myself no matter what the scale said. In Get Happy Be Fit I will cover my struggles and triumphs and show you how loving yourself now will create happy, sustainable fitness. Don’t just get fit. Get happy and enjoy the journey.
