As a female in the workplace, I want to set my goals, my career and do it my way. I will be respectful of all, just don't put me a category, or a box, or label me. I will get where I need to be, my way, my choices and living by my rules. My passion is leadership and development in all aspects; particularly supporting women getting on and progressing up the career ladder. Working with women who do not want to adhere to others thoughts and schedules, women who want to take ownership for their choices and make things happen.
