As New Zealand MP Jami-Lee Ross was thanking staff after leaving an acute mental health facility, following an attempted suicide, one of the nurses suggested he use his experiences and voice in Parliament to speak up for others. JLR Unfiltered is part of Jami-Lee’s commitment to do just that. He will try to ask and answer many of the questions about mental health, the system, and how we can support people who are suffering.
