Do you know Russia is the largest country in the world? Do you know Vatican City is the smallest country in the world? Do you know France is the most visited country in the world? Do you know China is the most populated country in the world? Do you know Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world? Do you know the longest name of a place is 85 characters long and is located in New Zealand? Do you know Nicaragua and Dominica are the only countries with purple color in their flag? Well, we are here to answer all these interesting questions for you. As of January 2021, United Nations recognized a total of 195 countries in the world - 193 are member states of the United Nations and 2 countries that are non-member observer states - the Holy See (Vatican City) and the State of Palestine. Join us in Little Explorer - a daily podcast for our little Columbuses and Vasco De Gamas in which we travel around the world in order to expand the boundaries of our knowledge and awareness.
