Episode one is finally here! Sue Barnes is an age group Team GB Duathlete, who only started getting into any real physical fitness when she was 50. Since then she’s done a hell of a lot; countless half marathons, five marathons, triathlons, duathlons, open water swims and cycling sportives; and competed for Team GB in World and European Duathlon Championships. The woman is a powerhouse and proves that age is no limit to staying active. Sue also happens to be my Mum, and she is the perfect example of a woman who’s pushing the tempo, challenging her own limits and breaking norms. I couldn't think of a more perfect first guest to have on PTT.
