A trigger is anything a partner says or does or doesn't do that result in immediate hurt, upset, anger -- and kind of reactivity. It is strongly recommended that when you get "triggered" in your love relationship that you call a "time-out", go for a walk or sit quieted and listen to the podcast. This is the introductory module.
