As we deepen our connection to inner awareness and build our toolbox, we may find ourselves stuck repeating patterns and cycles that are not in alignment with our actual desires. Awareness brings an openness for change. The more awareness we have, the more willingness we find to participate in changing directions. Gratitude is about thankful appreciation. Life can be stressful and overwhelming, at times full of sadness, worry, and frustrations. This can lead us to want to resist, disconnect, and disengage. This can also lead us to miss out on opportunities to collect gratitude all around us. By collecting gratitude we fill our inner take with resources and fuel, allowing more readiness and ability to move through life.
