The Most IMPORTANT Aspect of Your 2021 Planning

Ahhhh yes, it’s that lovely time of the year when the days grow short, cold and DARK!   …. Aaaaand for some of us, this also causes our energy and mood to majorly TANK. ?   (Aka we get a good ‘ol case of seasonal affective disorder!)   I don’t remember when exactly it started for me, but let’s just say that at SOME point many years ago, I began to notice a thick, wet blanket of low energy and depression taking over me starting basically every single November.   (No, it wasn’t ACTUALLY a thick wet blanket, but you get the idea, hehe.) How Getting Triggered is a Valuable Tool For Your Growth

Are you currently feeling scared, fearful or anxious as you ride the entrepreneurial rollercoaster?  Like maybe you’re terrified to do that Facebook live even though you KNOW it’ll be great for your business? Or perhaps you’re frozen in fear and can’t seem to pull the trigger on finally putting 100% into your work because you don’t know “for SURE” that it’ll all work out? Heck … maybe right now you’re scared so senseless that you can’t seem to take the next step because you can’t clearly see ALL of the steps that follow it? If that’s you my friend, then firstly; you’re not alone and secondly; I want to share with you an utterly TERRIFYING nightmare that I had the other night- and the very POWERFUL LESSON that it taught me about fear. Because here’s the thing: fear is normal. It’s to be expected.  And if you’re regularly stepping outside of your comfort zone (which is where all of the REAL growth happens!) and going after your dreams? Then you’re likely going to feel anxious or fearful A LOT. However … Your journey and experience can either be totally miserable as you allow yourself to get swallowed up by fear and anxiety, OR it can actually be TRULY enjoyable and fun. My Terrifying Nightmare (And the Important LESSON That I learned)
