In this podcast I share some of my insights, my AH-HA moments and most importantly my challenges and struggles. This past year has kindly forced me to look inward more than ever before and my instinct is to share all of my discoveries: the messy ones and the beautiful ones. In exposing my vulnerabilities I want to not only connect with others but more deeply connect with myself. This podcast encompasses a variety of topics: mental health, love, wellness & illness, personal battles, relationships, connecting with our true self and striving to live a more joyful and meaningful life.
